Cardio Strength Training
Aerobics alternated with strength training... it's a balanced blend precisely structured to keep your heart rate up as it builds lean, shapely muscles. Each interval lasts 1-3 minutes... long enough to truly challenge your body yet short enough to keep you motivated. Each session ends with a challenging core workout and stretching. All fitness levels welcome. 60 minutes.
