The Gym Schedule allows us to give priority to certain groups at certain times. This does not mean that the gym is closed to all others, but members who fall within the description have priority over other members during that time.
A complete gym schedule is found on the following pages. Updated schedules are kept at the Member Services Desk.
Open: Members over 14 can participate in gym activities.
Adult: Members ages 18 and older.Family: All persons under the age of 18 MUST be accompanied by an adult to be allowed use of the gym.
Youth: This is a time set aside for YMCA Youth members to have use of the gymnasium without having an adult with them in the gym. However, parent or person 16 years of age or older must be in the YMCA building at that time.
Pre-Teen: Designated time for persons age 11-13. No parent or guardian supervision is necessary only during these designated times.
Young Adult: Designated time for persons age 14-18.
